As a Payroll Executive you will be part of the project of transferring all the payroll related tasks from Germany and Austria to Asturias (Spain) and become the contact point for payroll related requests for Germany and Austria. Knowledge of payroll system, HR, labor law and SAP will be a requirement.
Requisitos : We are looking for a person with the following profile: • A new Graduate/Junior professional with knowledge in Payroll duties with a background in all payroll-processing activities • Outstanding customer orientation • Benefits management background • Knowledge of labor law in Germany and/or Austria • Dynamic, hands on and objective • Fluent in German and English • SAP expertise Some further requirements that would be ideal for us are: • People Oriented: Flexible and adjust to each circumstance • Advance skills on the Office Package. • Other languages would be a plus but not essential You should bring also these competences: • Detail Oriented: capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to do it well • Time Management: concentrates efforts on most important priorities and uses time effectively and efficiently • Curious nature and challenger of the status quo • Excellence Driven: seeks to achieve the maximum standards of the own deliveries But… what do we have for you? • A full-time position of responsibility in the payroll division in our HR department in Oviedo, Spain • Permanent contract • Basic salary + Variable • Working life balance, food subsidy, and access to the company App • Cross-functional collaboration with an open-minded, young and innovative team • In company languages and technical training provided and paid by the company • Career progression plan at a rapidly expanding well established multinational company • Great multilingual international work environment
